Samples from the Guest Book

Viewers of art can sometimes be more articulate than the artist. Following are a few comments posted in my Guest book at my recent shows:

"March 7, 2008 - I treated myself to your exhibit at the end of a busy week ... what a soothing, inviroating, curiously - provoking spiritual experience! Landscape painters often claim superiority over photographers for being able to replicate what the human eye sees & truns into feelings in way the camera lense can not. But the way you pull color out of shadows and remove distracting elements so the viewer can focus exclusively on your chosen subject puts your photography into a new category all its own. It's mesmerizing and I never grow tired of looking at it the way I sometimes do with many conventional (static) photographs." Heidi Schmitt Erspamer
